4 Quarters Holdings

4 Quarters Holdings offers Beef, Pork and Chicken. Farm practices include rotational grazing, winter forage production, small grains, cover cropping and forestry. Crop production is Organic using plow downs, compost, approved Organic fertilizers and our foot steps. Beef herd consists of Belted Galloways are pasture raised and winter fed our stored grass hays and haylage.

Beef and Pork are processed at a USDA plant, we offer all traditional cuts by the pound or box. Processed meats links, brats, bacon, hams and beef stick are MSG free. Chickens are processed at a state inspected plant and sold as whole chickens or split halves averaging 6 pounds.
