The Green Market is a unique 4,000 square foot, 48-seat restaurant, market, gourmet specialty foods, produce, and bakery offering shared usage of a commercial kitchen and retail market space to aspiring entrepreneurs and existing businesses, allowing them to learn by doing. The co-operative working incubator model provides technical assistance and a nurturing space to help incubator clients develop their business concepts. It offers shared usage, reducing administrative overhead expenses in the early stages of business development. The incubator setting provides hope, help and opportunity by increasing the success rate of emerging small businesses, allowing for a test run through the Green Market Program to determine product viability, improve market share, determines participants�¢ï¿½?�? stamina, talent, and personal support structures, all necessary to insure their success rate.
