Folks have used our sauces (we have to figure out a different name for them…) in coffee for a little extra kick day or night; cold milk, hot milk, soy milk, spread on warm fresh bread in place of butter or jam; as a tart layer, on crepes, over waffles, spread on pound cake and other kinds of cakes, biscotti dip; drizzled on a tart or pie, or as a base for puddings. Try blending it with marscapone cheese or whipped cream in a crepe with berries. It has also been used for dipping strawberries and draped over other fruits. Many customers tell us that our sauces never see another food group – they just see the end of the spoon!

Flavors:
· Moroccan Orange is made with cardamom infused cream, organic blood orange essences and oils, Belgian chocolate, sugar and corn syrup and a smidge of sea salt.
· Raspberry Chocolate is made with extracts of MN, WI and MI berries and chocolate and cream!
· Mexican Coffee is made with the traditional Mexican village flavors of cinnamon, coffee, vanilla and chocolate. We use cinnamon from Vietnam, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, organic Mexican coffee extracts and Belgian and other chocolates.
· Truly Fine Chocolate Sauce is made with a blend of the finest semi-sweet Belgian, Venezuelan and four other countries’ chocolate as well as cream sugar, corn syrup and sea salt and that’s it. It is very extravagant!
· Classic Hot Fudge Sauce is just that. Except you cannot easily find old- fashioned hot fudge in the markets today. It just costs too much to use best ingredients and then to blend them in a way that duplicates the traditional hot fudge flavor. You will enjoy blissful memories when you try our sauce made with corn syrup, sugar, butter, cream, and 2 kinds of dark chocolate and a rich unsweetened cocoa from Belgium.
· Kumbe Sauce is made with a blend of Tanzanian chocolate (primarily) with organic dark-roasted Kenyan coffee. We soften the intensity with an extra shot of organic Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.
