61 Main is Jasper Georgia's first "Farm to Table" restaurant. The Chef and Owner Jenna Schreiber, wanted to have a restaurant that had local product from local farmers. We believe that it is very important to support your community and encourage people to eat local. We get produce, herbs, eggs and more from over 10 local farms. Just to name a few, we are supplied by Dig-it Farm, Whitestone Farm, Faith Farm, McClain Family Farm, Noontootla Farm, & Talking Rock Produce. We periodically carry 74 Ranch beef and pork raised by the Puett family. We have a signature blend of coffee that is roasted and delivered weekly from Foggy Hollow Roasters here in Jasper. When not using local, we work very hard to get produce from U.S. farms and use antibiotic and hormone-free meat and poultry. We are slowly introducing sustainable wines that are grown on family farms and are pouring an organic vodka in our specialty cocktails. All of our to-go products are eco-friendly and we recycle. A few of the local farms use our compost and we also save our coffee and tea grounds for fertilizing. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with great farm fresh product has really helped us build a reputation. We are very thankful to have partnered up with some amazing farms here in Jasper that are growing produce rivaling the best around the world!
