Meat that is worthy to grace any table, made affordable so it can. We raise 100% Pastured Heritage breed Hereford/Belted Galloway Beef, Suffolk lamb and Duroc/Yorkshire pigs. They have over 400 acres of organically fertilized lush native grass stands to roam as they please. Our meat is lean and tender with a wonderful flavor that can be cooked and eaten as is or marinated with your special recipe. This lamb, beef and pork is not grown in some nebulous location or in a foreign country being fed who knows what but right here in your own backyard by people who eat what they raise. 8 O'clock Ranch is a family owned and operated ranch located in the beautiful St. Lawrence River valley. Our goal is customer loyalty, we want repeat satisfied patrons who love our lamb, beef and pork as much as we do! We offer our meat by the cut, by the whole or half and in our Meat CSA.

8 O'clock Ranch started with the goal of offering great lamb and now also offer Pastured Hereford beef, Duroc pork and Meat Chickens at affordable prices to everyone. We believe that if we manage the grass the animals will be taken care of by the land without the need of hormones or antibiotics. Our animals are allowed to graze over 400 acres of organically fertilized native grass stands. Our meat is lean and tender with a wonderful flavor.Support small ranches like ours and enjoy!
