8IT Ranch

We are a small family run farm. We raise some animals ourselves (sheep, Highland cattle, jersey milk cow, a few pigs, broiler chickens) and we provide a connection and distribution network for people who raise animals in our area out in the hills. We distribute for people who raise animals in accordance with our principals which are: as little intervention as possible, antiboitics only if absolutely necessary, natural varied feed, hardy breeds that do well in the environment where we live, small holdings that are worked by people who pay attention. We try to support and encourage people to raise their own food and who are using the land in a sustainable way. We like to be able to provide food to people who appreciate it and are interested in eating in a way that does more good than harm.
