Hello, my name is Anna Petruolo and I have had the vision of being a Personal Chef for a few years. I realized the need for it when I saw how often people were eating take out and fast food. My passion for cooking goes back to my childhood. I was raised with the belief that dinner is a time that should be spent together to talk about the day and laugh with each other. My father was born in Naples, Italy and taught me the benefits of growing your own food very early on in my life. I love gardening and don't use any pesticides or chemicals. I believe that local resources are important and only use the highest quality ingredients available. Whenever possible locally grown beef, chicken and vegetables are used. Almost everything I serve is made from scratch and prepared to your personal specifications.
I am also available to teach you how to prepare a safe, healthy meal easily. If you are overwhelmed by the amount of spices in your cupboard, or just don't know what goes with what, I can help you.
