Our microcreamery produces a variety of goat milk cheeses using the milk of our own nubian dairy goats. Our small herd is holistically managed and each animal is treated with the love and respect they deserve as the foundation of what we do. We also offer cow milk cheeses made with locally produced cow milk that is certified rBGH free.
Our cheeses are made with vegetable enzymes and herbs and other extras are certified organic or grown by us without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
Products are available seasonally at the Pine Bush and New Paltz farmer's markets or from the farm.
Aged raw goat milk and cow milk cheeses including cheddar style, feta, washed curd, and washed rinds. Fresh goat milk ricotta and goat milk fudge.
Pine Bush Saturday 9am - 2pm
New Paltz Sunday 10am - 3pm
