Our Agapanthus is extremely hardy, is evergreen and extremely drought tolerant. Spreads nicely and makes an excellent cut flower. Good in both full sun and deep shade. We dig as we receive the order so they are very freshly dug. These Agapanthus have been part of the ranch environment for decades so there is no additional carbon impact on the environment such as when they are grown in pots. We use no pots to propagate them and they are watered rarely and as an incidental to other plants which require more water. The plant is a carbon storage device and needs no insecticides and takes freezing weather although it will be frosted back depending on the severity of the frost but will spring right back.
There is no better way to do it! We send mature rhizomes that will bloom next year..
