Providing the local market this sustainably grown and delicious produce, poultry and pork. Expanding long-season (20+week) vegetable CSA will start again in late April. Whole chickens available fresh around Memorial Day and several other times until early fall. Turkeys for Thanksgiving. If enough people are interested I can again offer heritage turkeys. All the critters are raised on pasture. In '11 many crops will be raised on NOFA certified land.
I plan to sell at the NEW Springport (NY) farmers market in 2011!
