Akin Acres Family Farm strives to produce quality products from naturally raised animals. The farm is run by our family of eight. Our animals are pastured all year and suppemented with good quality hay during the winter. We use natural remedies if at all possible. Our animals are never fed hormones or routine antibiotics. We sell raw cow and goats milk as well as butter, cheese, yogurt and other dairy products. We also sell pastured eggs from dual pupose chickens that range all day. Only coming ino the barn at night and during incliment weather. Natural beef is also sold from our herd of Limousin and LimiX cattle. Our herd of dairy cattle consists of Jerseys, Guernseys, and Milking Shorthorns.
