Pure Birch Syrup Manufacturer and Wholesaler In Alaska we tap the Birch Trees each spring making pure grades of organic birch syrup. We make light, medium and dark grades of pure syrup that are produced each year from the sap of white paper birch trees. Birch syrup is a fruit sugar and makes wonderful glazes and sauces and is a secret ingredient in many recipes. We have many customers begging us for our caramel corn made with the syrup. Our syrup is used by many chefs on salmon and then in desserts such as crème brulet. More people are discovering this new and versatile ingredient each year. Our syrup was featured by the hosts of the Anchorage Alaska Saturday Market 2005.
