Alderspring Ranch is rarity in this corporate world: a family-owned and operated ranch. Ranching is our only business, and we conduct it with pride and careful attention to produce the highest quality beef. We produce grass fed organic Angus and Angus-cross beef, without hormones, antibiotics, feed additives, pour-on insecticides, or parasitides. Our cattle graze on our certified organic pastures and stored forages. The are never given any feed supplements, producing a truly 100% grass-fed beef. We sell only young, prime beeves, dry aged to their tender best for 21 days and hand-carved by a craftsman butcher.
