We are a producer of specalty food products. Our signature product, apple cider molasses, is an all natural sweetener made from pure, local apple cider. Apple cider molasses is inspired by a frontier recipe common to the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. We also produce apple syrups and glazes from local cider. Our all natural, handcrafted baking mixes are produced using un enriched unbleached flours, many milled locally, organic spices, all natural ingredients and contain no additives or preservatives. Many of our over 30 pancake, cake, bread, cookie and dessert mixes are based on traditional recipes. Our all natural granola is the only one on the market sweetened with apple cider molasses.
