Alma Paprika is a very unique variety that is sweet yet spicy. Highly productive plants produce fruits that average 2-4 inches long. Fruits are slightly flattened on the top. They look similar to a Pimiento in shape but start out white and then slowly turn orange and finally turn red at maturity. The fruits are round and very thick walled making them great for stuffing if you like your peppers spicy. They are very sweet yet have a distinctly spicy flavor which is milder than Jalapeno but still warm enough to be tasted. Great for drying and grinding into a sweeter Paprika powder or for using fresh in cooking, eating fresh on salads, or for grilling!
75 days from transplant to harvest.
I always add a few extra seeds in each packet in case I count wrong.
Detailed planting instructions are included with each purchase!

All of the seeds we sell have been home grown on our small family farm. Seeds are only harvested from the best plants and varieties are either field isolated, caged, or hand pollinated depending on vegetable type to prevent cross pollination. Tomato seeds are processed using fermentation to insure healthy, viable seeds. Our seeds are hand counted and packaged in resealable plastic envelopes and are professionally labeled.
