The Alma Paprika is one of the prettiest and most versatile peppers we grow. In addition to fresh eating, stuffing, and grilling, this pepper can be dried and ground to make your own paprika spice!
These productive plants will be loaded with the lovely, glossy fruits which ripen from cream to orange to red. The sturdy-walled peppers are very juicy and sweet, with a heat that tends to diminish as the color deepens. The orange phase is generally best for making paprika spice.
