This roving is a lovely white color and is soft and silky to spin. Dreamaye was the alpaca that provided this beautiful roving.
Alpacas produce and provide to us a very soft fiber that is hypoallergenic. Alpacas do not produce lanolin like sheep do, so most people can wear alpaca even if they are allergic to sheep's wool. An alpaca's fiber is soft, light weight, and very warm, making it a very popular natural fiber.
