Amador Farms

Amador Farms is a grower of fine lettuces and Asian greens. We specialize in Boston Bibb and a number of red and green leaf lettuces. Our Asain green selections include Pac Choi, Tatsoi and arugula. Seasonally we produce several herbs as well as strawberries. All of our production is year round done in a greenhouse environment, pesticide free. We capture rainwater to use to balance our fertilizer in hydroponic growing solutions.

All of our products can be purchased at the Cedar Park Farmers Market in the Lakeline Mall parking lot behind Sears and Dillards, each Saturday, rain or shine, 9AM - 1 PM. , with the exception of the Saturday following Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is an expanding Farmers Market with new opportunities for your table each week.
