A new island of fresh healthy produce is sprouting in an island of corn and soybeans. Amaranth Acres is a first year market garden specializing in unique and heirloom vegetable varieties. We have hundreds of different varieties in our seed order, and are interested in education and preserving various older, traditional agricultural practices. So come visit the farm or market, and also sign up for the CSA for your healthy and delicious culinary needs.
