A large and very tasty, red oxheart shaped tomato that is excellent for canning and fresh eating. The vines are wispy like an oxheart. We first planted this tomato for processing, but found that we love its sweet, juicy flavor for fresh eating, too. Harvest a little immature for processing and it will be drier. Let ripen fully for fresh eating. Makes a sweet sauce that is unforgetable. This is one of our favorites due to its versatility and fantastic flavor.
