Anamu is a tropical plant found throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, and Florida. Leaves can be used fresh or dried and made into an herbal tea; or, chewed. Leaves have a spicy taste when chewed.
Anamu has a long history in herbal medicine in all of the tropical countries where it grows. It contains a specific sulfur compound called dibenzyl trisulfide, a known cancer-fighting agent. Anamu's traditional use as a remedy for arthritis and rheumatism has been validated by clinical research confirming its pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties.

SHIPPING INFO: Live plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail Monday / Tuesday weekly so plants do not sit in postal facility over a weekend. We carefully pack our plants to make sure that they ship safely but we cannot guarantee how they are treated once they leave our nursery. If your plant does not arrive safely please let us know and we will work with you. We are happy to replace plants at no cost but shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
