78 days. OP. Called Poblanos when green and Anchos when dried and red. Mildly hot when green, these 3 - 4" long, heart shaped peppers are used for chili rellenos. They are also very good grilled, having a little more heat than anaheims. They mature to a dark red and have a rich flavor that is used in mole sauce. They are also dried when red and ground into chili powder. Germinated at 80% on 11/25/11.
