Our lambs are raised naturally on mother's milk and quality, rotationally-grazed pastures. That's why they taste so good! And no, we don't use artificial hormones, steroids or antibiotics. TO HELP YOU PLAN, a bundle of whole lamb typically includes:
1 package leg of lamb,
2 packages rack of lamb,
4 packages lamb chops,
2 packages lamb ribs,
4 packages lamb cubes (stew or kabobs),
3 packages ground lamb,
2 packages lamb steaks,
2 packages lamb shanks (osso bucco),

Spring is lambing season. It's fun on the farm. This year we had several ewes (mother sheep) that birthed triplets! And it's a privilege to be able to provide fresh, healthy lamb.
