Angelica Farms birds are truly special. They are treated like family until ready for your table or freezer. Raised on pasture (closed up at night for their safety), we allow them to be truly free range over lots of good, green pasture when they get old enough to avoid the hawks. The bright yellow pasture-fed eggs absolutely wonderful.
Our heritage turkeys are either Rio Grande Wild Turkeys or Bourbon Red Turkeys. The chickens are a mixed variety of the larger brown egg-laying heritage breeds. We are experimenting with raising Geese for the table as well, so please let use know if you are interested in roast Goose for your special holiday dinner.
