Description: Angelica is used extensively in herbal medicine. The main constituents of Angelica are volatile oils.It has a smooth, dark purple, hollow stem 1 to 2 inches round. The leaves are dark green, divided into three parts, each of which is again divided into three serrated leaflets.
Planting: Plant seed on surface of soil and press in. Needs light to germinate. Keep moist and plant out 2-3' apart once seedlings emerge.
