Anisoptera Acres is a family farm run by a husband and wife team (Dan and Catherine Kleiber) with their young sons. Anisoptera Acres offers pasture-raised pork and beef and free-range chicken and duck. We grow most of our own feed on our 500-acre farm. We use no hormones, antibiotics or animal byproducts in our feed. All of our meat is processed by local, state-inspected facilities. We sell by the cut, as well as the more economical bulk portions for those wanting high quality meat on a budget. Whole, half, or quarter steers and whole or half hogs are available. Our meat is harvested seasonally; however, most cuts, chicken, and duck are available year round. Chickens are ready June-August.
