Anna apples picked right from the tree provide the base for this very spicy, very traditional Caribbean condiment. Especially pleasing when served as an accompaniment with rice, chicken, pork or curry entrees. We now serve chutneys with our Thanksgiving dinners each year.
Ingredients: Fresh picked organic Anna apples, jumbo mixed raisins, onions or shallots, mixed peppers, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, mustard seed, vinegar, sea salt and spices.
