Apple Butter like you remember it!! Made from apples grown right here on the farm, I cook it in a kettle like they did "way back when". Made from Gala and Granny Smith apples, pure cane sugar, and a wealth of spices.....it cooks and cooks and cooks until it's just right. Because of the natural sweetness of the apples, I don't use as much sugar as you might think. So, you diabetics out there can eat it sparingly. Pints Only.
