Real Home-made apple jelly. Made from apples grown organically right here on the farm, I make a limited quantity every year (except last year when the ice storm wiped out the trees). Jelly may be gold, or it may be red....depending on which apples I use. NOT FOR DIABETICS!!! I don't use pectin or any kind of preservatives. It jells naturally, but is loaded with pure cane sugar. The jelly will be either gold, or red, depending upon which apples I use. The Granny Smith seems to be bearing well this year, as do the Jonathons. Got a hand full of Galas also. Should make a nice mix. I use a variety of spices, but I do go heavy on the cinnamon...it's one of my favorites. 1/2 pints only....limited quantities I'll keep making it until the apples run out!!
