All animals are raised with the utmost care for their health, keeping them free of hormones and antibiotics, providing them quality pastures and hay. Likewise the land is cared for in a similar manner. Additionally we harvest firewood and timber from our land using a sustainable model. In 2013 we are applying for organic certification our hayfields and pastures. This will allow use to begin raising organic beef and lamb as well as bringing already certified goats and chickens from our partner farm Bacon Brook Farmstead in Unity, Maine.
