I get kinda bored with regular jellies, so I like to experiment.
I've blended the juice of apples and pears with a hint of lemon, to produce a beautiful, sparkling jelly. Nicely sweet, it will be a wonderful accompaniment to homemade biscuits.
Ingredients: Pears, apples, water, sugar, lemon juice, and spices.
Fresh from the family farm. What I don't grow myself, I get from other local farms. Guaranteed fresh and locally grown! If you're in the mood for fresh eggs.....I'm your girl! I breed several varieties of chickens and ducks. I offer eggs from each when available. Always fresh and tasty!
