Located just two hours from the George Washington Bridge in NYC, we farm 80 acres and raise sheep, goats and chickens, horses. We follow organic practices. We prefer to sell custom slaughtered//butchered frozen lamb and goat direct to customers; this is the best value for your money. Lambs and kids are available for Easter. Call for details. Free range chicken eggs are available in warm months. The farm offers scheduled tours in summer, Friday/Saturday morning programs for children, workshops on renewable energy for business and home owners, classes on spinning wool and making goat cheese. - most require reservations. A 3 bed room guest house is available for farm vacations - where you can participate in as many of farm activities as you wish and enjoy vegetables, eggs while while you are here. (more...)
