Apple Ridge Farm is a small diverse sustainable family farm specializing in certified naturally grown heirloom produce. We also grow hydroponic lettuce and cuccumbers. For 2009 we will be offering artisan breads baked in our wood fired brick oven and eggs from our pastured chickens. We can be found at the Monroe Farmers Market in Stroudsburg on Saturday mornings from 8-12, and at the Blairstown Farmers Market on Saturdays from 10am-2pm. We also plan to participate in at least one or two mid-week markets this season (we'll keep you posted).
