Were convinced here at Apple Valley Farms that the best meat chickens are raised outside in natural sunlight, drug free, pastured and grain feed chickens. We like the pioneer and author "Joel Salatin's" way of raising meat poultry. We use a portable 12 x 10 pens and pasture fed our birds. We currently raising a French Label Rogue meat chickens along with Cornish Cross Rocks. Our farming friends raise the beef and pork that our current customer enjoy. Therefore, we have access to other farm fresh food from other farmers. Basically, we have a proven program that helps consumers enjoy better meats from our farm direct and you pay as they grow. Our poultry is pastured and grain fed typically dress out at 5lbs at $3.49 per lbs. are available in 11-12 weeks. There is a 5 bird minimum. Monthly payments start as low as $21.
