We melt Guittard's dark chocolate & hand-dip each and every one of our lovely Blenheim apricots. We choose the soft & tender extra fancy size and dip half in dark chocolate. The picture shows them in a box, but we now bag them in a clear bag so that the beauty of the apricot and the chocolate shows through. A great presentation. Not too huge of a portion, just a mouthful to enjoy. They ship perfectly in the winter months, but must be 3 Day UPS'd in the warm months. They're perishable. We'll try to get them to you in perfect condition. The best tasting apricot in the world (and the only one worth buying) is the Blenheim apricot.
