Hollister grows the best tasting Blenheim apricots in the world. We take our sun dried Blenheim cots...the ones you love to eat....and make a great jam. But not too much sugar because we hate it that way! We add only about 10-12% making the kind of jam you can't get in the stores. The flavor of the Blenheim apricot is unique.
