The CotKing used our remaining 10 acres of (formerly Certified Organic) Blenheim apricots, sun dried them, and saved the best for our customers. The secret........ we used our final pick, the ripest, longest-on-the-tree apricots to make into the unsulphured natural apricots. The more overripe a piece of fruit is, the sweeter it tastes & the darker it dries. They are tough and hard, but they have a wonderful, complex flavor......these unsulphured Blenheim apricots were Kosher & organic certified from 2001 to 2007.............we changed nothing but the paperwork (waaaaaay to expensive for us)......we cannot label them organically grown.....but they're as close as we can get without calling them that. They should be kept frozen, refrigerated, or eaten! No one else comes close to making them like the CotKing!
*note: We did not certify our 2008 crop. We changed none of our farming practices and continued the same farming practices........ We found it too expensive to keep certifying year after year.

The best tasting apricot in the world (and the only one worth buying) is the Blenheim apricot. Our family has been growing the fabulous apricots since 1947 & we're positive there's no better apricot. Apricots are our specialty & ours are the best in the world. \r\nApricots are low in sulphur and should be kept refrigerated or eaten. All nuts should be kept refrigerated (never frozen). We thank you for supporting our ApricotKing family farm. Enjoy!!
