Therefore we are proud to offer you a 100% natural, antibiotic, chemical and hormone free product. All of our meat is dry aged for 21 days to enhance the natural flavor. You can custom order beef from our website for a whole, half or half split beef as well as visit us at the Mansfield Farmer's Market (see our website for further info on the market) to select individual cuts.
