My husband and I operate our business from March to November and attend all the farmers markets in Spokane. We are a seasonal business and only operate in the spring and summer months. We bring artisnal organic bread, pastries and hopefully this year we'll be doing blackberries and raspberries. Our baked goods are produced from fresh organic flours, grains, seeds and nuts. We use organic fireroasted tomatoes in one of our breads. Other high quality ingredients would be real butter, organic sugar, pure organic maple syrup,and sea salt. We ferment our doughs 24 or more hours which helps create beneficial enzymes. We also do pizza slices with organic crust, marinated artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, garlic, organic pasta sauce mozzerella cheese and peccorino romano.We pride ourselves on arriving with bread still warm, right out of the oven to the market. We purchase many of our ingredients from local farmers including free range eggs, organic herbs ,tomatoes, fruits for cobblers and tarts and spelt flour for our newest bread this year. We also use our blackberries and raspberries for jams and other baked goods.
