We offer over 100 varieties of tomato starts and 50 pepper cultivars, and specialize in:

  • Endangered heirlooms, including every tomato and pepper boarded on Slow Food USA's Ark of Taste and red-listed by RAFT, the Renewing America's Food Traditions Alliance
  • Desert tolerant varieties (adapted to heat, drought, low humidity, sunscald, or poor soil)
  • Local and regional heirlooms from the Southwest and Mexico (the most extensive collection on Earth, including many rare Zapotec cultivars).
  • All plants are organically grown, non-GMO, and open-pollinated. We don't sell hybrids--save and share your seeds! Order online for the best selection. Plants are available seasonally at southern Arizona farmers' markets and events. We ship to the U.S.A.!
