We are a VERY small-scale producer with limited offerings of:
- CSA subscriptions
- Pasture raised, naturally grown pork
- Heritage breed, free-range turkeys
- Free-range chickens
- Organically grown grapes and berries, especially MULBERRIES! We believe in humane, sustainable, and responsible agricultural practices, and take no shortcuts in delivering you the very best products. We have been inspected and certified by Certified Naturally Grown. Our produce has been featured at some of the finest restaurants in the Midwest, including world famous Charlie Trotter's, the Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago, and Prairie Grass Caf�¨.
