The Sheepnose Pimiento is a watery chile pepper with a rich meaty flavor. An Ohio heirloom plant, the pepper is filled with a mild, tangy flavor and rates at 0 on a 1-5 heat scale. The Sheepnose Pimiento is generally used for canning and cooking.

David and I grow top-quality produce with a focus on open pollinated and heirloom varieties. We are located on 1/2 acre in Rincon Valley and have added another 1/2 acre just a mile away which allows us to grow a more diverse selection of produce.
