The Sheepnose Pimiento is a watery chile pepper with a rich meaty flavor. An Ohio heirloom plant, the pepper is filled with a mild, tangy flavor and rates at 0 on a 1-5 heat scale. The Sheepnose Pimiento is generally used for canning and cooking.

Tantre Farm has been a certified organic family farm in Chelsea, Michigan since 1993. The owners of Tantre Farm are Richard Andres and Deb Lentz. We are a 23 acre transitional organic farm. We are OEFFA members. We previously operated a 300 acre OCIA & OEFFA organic farm which we sold in 2003. Our farming operation is diversified.
