The Sheepnose Pimiento is a watery chile pepper with a rich meaty flavor. An Ohio heirloom plant, the pepper is filled with a mild, tangy flavor and rates at 0 on a 1-5 heat scale. The Sheepnose Pimiento is generally used for canning and cooking.
Our "garden" is grown primarily to feed us and a couple of elderly neighbors. As the family has gotten smaller, there has been more excess food so we are now selling it directly and through the Lakeshore Farmers Market. (more...)
