Wenk's Yellow Hot Pepper
The Wenk's Yellow hot pepper is native to Albuquerque's South Valley, where is incorporated into the local cuisine. In terms of spice, this variety produces medium-to-hot peppers with a full, citrusy flavor. Because these waxy yellow fruits are very fleshy, they are often used for pickling.
Growing hundreds of varieties of vegetables we feature some of the most unusual selections of vegetables and fruits in the region. Our farm store is open 7 days a week with a vast array of produce grown on our farm.
