Wenk's Yellow Hot Pepper
The Wenk's Yellow hot pepper is native to Albuquerque's South Valley, where is incorporated into the local cuisine. In terms of spice, this variety produces medium-to-hot peppers with a full, citrusy flavor. Because these waxy yellow fruits are very fleshy, they are often used for pickling.

The Genuine Faux Farm started its Farm Share CSA in 2005. Our produce is Certified Organic by the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship and we are committed to sustainable farming methods.
