Our 3 acre farm is rich, river bottom land, that grows some of the best tasting, nutritious Heirloom vegetables. Our family grows bio-intensive. That means growing in raised beds and close spacing, No chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides, using cover crops, worm castings, natural minerals, and compost from our animals, to feed our soil. We do not use GMO seeds ever.
We bought our farm in 2005, each year having added additional beds to the garden.
We are a diversified family run farm featuring a product for every season. focusing on sustainability and quality we offer VOF (Vermont Organic Farmer) and pastured poultry, heritage white turkeys and eggs from our own breeding program; pastured lamb and beef; VOF blueberries and apples. We are a small farm selling goat milk goat cheese, Eggs chicken and duck, pork products hams bacon sausage chops and roasts ribs and loins ,and in summer months lots and lots of fresh veggies. We built our first greenhouse last season and have lots of baby goats for sale in the spring. We started raising turkeys last season and look foward to raising a small flock in 2011 with meat chickens also.
Our farm and products are produced with a philosophy of food diversity and sustainability. We offer organic eggs, pork, chicken and turkey plus seasonal fruits and veggies. Our varieties are based on the Slow Food Ark of Taste and local availability. We also consult the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy.

We sell most of our products at Wooster Local Roots. Our early season produce includes lettuce, spinach, radishes, asparagus, peas, swiss chard, and onions. As we get further into the summer our gardens overflow with tomatoes, peppers, beans, beets, squash, strawberries, leeks, cauliflower, and broccoli. For interested customers, we also offer free-range eggs. We are committed to raising heritage and endangered breeds of chickens for eggs.
