Inchelium Red garlic
Hailing from the Colville Indian Reservation in Inchelium, Washington, this garlic is a large and beautiful artichoke variety. The dense bulb can have anywhere from 9-20 cloves and a thick outer bulb wrapper to protect the bulb. The flavor of the Inchelium Red is softly robust but not so strong as to be overwhelming; the flavor often sharpens in storage.
We are a local farm that raises heritage breed Bronze and Royal Palm turkeys, Delaware chickens, rabbits, Dorper sheep, and Dexter and Jersey cows. We sell breeding pairs of these breeds, eggs, pecans and pecan treats. (more...)
We have one acre of fruits and vegetables in an intimate CSA. We are offering 12 shares for the 2014 year. A share is about 3/4 of a bushel on average per week, which comfortably feeds a family of four. Paid shares are $500, payable in installments. Payment in full is due by May 15th. (more...)

Cornerstone Garlic Farm is a small family farm that specializes in garlic. We started in 1996 with a small crop of elephant garlic and expanded each year.
