Amish Paste tomato
This heirloom tomato was discovered in Wisconsin, although its origins are in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in the heart of the Amish Country. The tomatoes are teardrop or heart-shaped with a brilliant red-orange color. The Amish Paste tomato has a gentle balance of acid and sweetness. When it is sliced fresh the juicy flesh sparkles and has a solid texture. The Amish Paste is eaten fresh or in sauces.
We are a rural Christ-centered family & small farm located in Marion County, Georgia. We endeavor to live simply and honor the Lord Jesus Christ. Umbel Farms-We are a small family ran farm located in the mountains of Pennsylvania. We are raising organic vegetables and Leicester Longwool sheep which are a rare heritage breed for wool and a few Dorset sheep for meat. We have C.S.A's for sale for the 2014 season.
