This old-fashioned garden favorite has been around for over 100 years and is still in demand by gardeners today because of its delicious fruits and dependability. Regular leafed plants produce amazing quantities of good quality fruits. Plants are very vigorous and can reach heights of 6'. Plants show good disease resistance and thrive in normally adverse weather conditions. Perfectly round fruits average 8 oz. and are pinkish red. This variety is considered by many to have the best flavor of any tomato! The sweet/acid is nicely balanced giving the fruits a wonderful flavor! This variety has traditionally been grown in the southern United States from Arkansas to North Carolina and has proven itself in high heat and humidity. Plants will bear fruit even in periods of high heat and drought. Fruits are crack resistant and maintain a good consistency and flavor regardless of weather.

All of the seeds we sell have been home grown on our small family farm. Seeds are only harvested from the best plants and varieties are either field isolated, caged, or hand pollinated depending on vegetable type to prevent cross pollination. Tomato seeds are processed using fermentation to insure healthy, viable seeds. Our seeds are hand counted and packaged in resealable plastic envelopes and are professionally labeled.
